SAP IS Retail SD&MM consultant

Job Discription

•  Ensure operational quality for all issues pertaining to IS Retail SD functionality. Collaborative effort in ensuring quality of other IS retail functions.
• Ensure effective Error Trend Analysis and Problem Management 
• Provide functional and operational expertise for Major Incident Management.
• Ensure SAP IS Retail functional best practices are adhered to during Incident and Problem investigation and resolution
• Ensure support of Major Incident Management and ensure timely resolution of Major Incidents
• Provide guidance through the  3TM IS Retail MM resources  on feasibility and appropriateness of proposed incident & problem resolutions when alternative solutions are available
• Ensure assessment and improvement of Operational Procedures 
• Ensure effective Weekly Operational Review with Service Owners. 
• Analyse functional Incidents
• Identify tasks to be moved to the EVO Service Desk
• Identify functional and regression testing required preventing similar issues
